Compatibility of reliance giga fiber with windows 10

I am facing a problem with reliance giga fiber. I am using windows 10 Dell inspiron 3000 series. The problem is that my internet get disconnected frequently when connected through lan. Where as it is working fine with wifi. Can any body help
Have changed my lan port got the windows formatted changed the lan cable stil no resolve
 
@Varunchadha check LAN/ethernet port on the router or the laptop. One of them may be faulty. Plug the LAN cable into another port on the router and see if issue repeats itself. I say this going by the info you provided in the msg. Do you see any error messages?
