Rumored Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband Plans

Akash Ambani just said Jio will soon launch fixed broadband in India digital open summit.Lets hope for the best.
 
Can any member using JioFiber in mumbai confirm voWifi service working? thinking of getting JioFiber due to flaky network at my home. Also my miA1 supports it?
 
got a call yesterday from jio fiber guy's guess what they said it is not feasible to provide a connection may be in the future...seriously wtf why the hell not now...am seriously pissed off on them.
 
Spoke to Tata Docomo broadband engineer, he said Jio should launch in Nagpur in 4-6 months. Tata Docomo does not have any plans to relaunch fiber in Nagpur currently.
 
Wow those JIO latencies look really horrible. I had high hopes because of their new AAE Submarine cabling which is supposed to lower latencies. If this is not fixed then JIO will be completely useless for me. By comparison some of the other users' ping times (~140ms) to EU servers are looking really good. Everything from Kolkata seems the farthest. Even Srilankans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis get better ping than us. I hate this country!
