EB bill with ACT Junction box

I had a junction box installed for act fibernet connection at my home in chennai on may month 2019. My usual EB bill for 2 months will be ₹900 to 1000₹ Maximum . Now at July my EB bill is 6200₹ . Is it bcoz of the junction box. There was nothing newly installed in my house except the junction box. Some one kindly help me with this issue. Thanks

This is not the official support channel for ACT. Please get in touch with whoever provided you the connection. Ask them to remove the junction box. If they don't agree, you may want to cancel the connection and look for an alternative ISP.

Update on Oct 4, 2019: The high EB bill may not due to junction box, but due to high usage of smart TV, computer, etc. When we get fiber, we tend to use it to the maximum, during the first few days / weeks / months. When we use only mobile, it may not lead to high EB usage. But, when we use OTT content or Youtube or similar content via fiber, we tend to spend more time on (smart) TV or computer that results in increased electricity usage as well.

Yes, I called the billing team of ACT. They said that junction box is not the cause. I don't know what to do. So I raised a ticket for disconnection.
