Websites not loading on Excitel Broadband

yesterday i had problems with facebook and insta ; today its twitch and reddit !
It feels like i have a cable tv connection where i have to call them to work up individual websites.
What is excitel upto 😕
 
reported both the websites. if you guys find more websites that are not working, do let me know. i will update them in my ticket.
 
is speedtest.net working on your guys end?

edit - both twitch and reddit have started working again. speedtest.net is also working now.

edit 2 - back to not working. zzz

Reddit, twitch, speedtest working atm for me (excitel in east delhi).. Although i did have complete downtime today for almost 45 min. but thats just unfortunate me 😛
 
So is excitel working fine for other folks? Nothing is loading for me here.
 

man their live chat is so bad and dumb. i asked the guy if excitel is having any backend issues. dude says wait till i check your account for further details and then proceeds to ask me whether i am on wifi or direct cable. i rated the chat bad and logged out.
 
seems to be working fine here. but i am using private dns on both phone and pc so there's that.
 
Fixed.
Had to disconnect for about 3 minutes to get a new IP.
Working fine now.
