Websites not loading on Excitel Broadband

trak.tv not opening.
but i can ping its ip just fine. tracert test also gets completed without any request timed outs.
 
It happened during the Google cloud downtime. This website was inaccessible on Excitel for 12 hours for me. Random domains are still inaccessible.
 
Got trakt.tv resolved through excitel support lol. Works now. Please report all non working sites through my excitel. They seem to be fixing the problem manually from the looks of it 😩
 

Maybe certain routes are messed up and they are not able to find them 😜
 
i know a adult website that doesnt open but works through VPN. will you be willing to get it working if i give it to you ? XDD
i cant even ping this website in particular. i get request timed out on every request. tracert also doesnt go through at the last node.
the website is hosted on total server solutions.
 
find another website hosted on the same server lol. but that probably wouldn't work. because when forum was not working for me on excitel... client sites on same Linode were working.
 
reverse ip finder services... tried a few. none of them worked for the ip i tried.
 
total server solutions is however pretty big. in fact, pia use their servers for many locations from what i have seen.
 
if you cannot even reach the ip 😛 file a complaint about that. say that you have to ftp some files on this ip and it's not connecting 😛
