Websites not loading on Excitel Broadband

Cowin site worked for a while now again it is showing error. Also, another thing I noticed that jio vowifi stopped working around 2 weeks ago and cowin site showed error at same time. Today jio vowifi started working and cowin website also worked fine. Now again both having issues as earlier. Seems they could be interlinked to one issue from excitel end.

Update - Since 9.39 AM today cowin, jio vowifi, microsoft teams etc working fine which were having issues earlier.

Update 2- today session got timed out and new IP connected is having same issues. Cowin shows this website not available in your country and jio vowifi gone again.
