BSNL 1098/- Unlimited plan & Customer Care

1098 STV offers Unlimited 3G data without speed restriction. It is one and only plan which doesn't have any FUP whereas all other STV's have some FUP. No other ISP or carrier provides such data plan.

Since past 1 week or so, I have noticed that my 3G speeds are being throttled down to 2G speeds just after hitting 1 GB mark. Before this I was able to watch 4K content easily with it, now that seems impossible. It throttles down to such an extent where opening google homepage takes several refreshes let alone full websites. Such a pain.

I tried calling CC to register my complaint and look for some solution around this but 1800-180-1503 calling this number I only get one response "sorry the network is congested". I tried during day, noon, evening, night, 3 AM, 5 AM, 10 AM, 5 PM. I tried every hour but I never got connected.

Does anyone have any suggestion?
