How you got the Jio Landline?People like me are not having the luck to get even Jio Fiber. So, I have some issues with Jio landline.
1. When I call my Jio landline number from any other phone, it says the number is not in service.
2. When I made a call to BSNL mobile number from Jio landline the call did not get connected.
3. The only time I didn't face any issue was when I called from Jio Landline to a Vodafone number.
Is anyone else facing these issues?
as much as I know termination charges for landline services are already 0 paisa/sec for a long time(thats how bsnl can offer unlimited calls to any network)@Shubham When a call is made across different networks, the other network has to accept the call and provide termination facility, which it may provide on receipt of termination charges only. Jio must be ready to pay the interconnection/ termination charges during testing period when it does not get any money from users. During the trial period of Jio Volte calls also, other service providers were not terminating the calls for the same reason.
Jio to Jio (VOIP and VOLTE) calls however, may be through right now.
Call and register a complaint to Jio gigafiber customer care 1800 896 9999 from registered mobile number and also tell them to share this as a feedback to their technical team. So, I have some issues with Jio landline.
