Changed for me too.everyone check their myjio app, i think Jio has changed validity for all recharges my every recharge is valid till 4 September 2019. earlier they were valid till 28 Aug and 17 September.

In this case, I got my connection activated on July 11 I am not even getting 2 months of preview offer.I'm sure they have some terms and conditions written somewhere that says something like "we reserve the right to modify your benefits at any time" so they are covered. But I hope they do at least maintain the 3 months free duration for those who only recently got the connection during preview time.
