Reliance Jio Fiber Routers and ONTs

I am getting 45Mbps+ with 2.4GHz & about 120 - 130Mbps on 5GHz with my 100Mbps plan. Only make sure that your dual band wifi router has Gigabit WAN & LAN ports. There are many Dual Band wifi routers with only 100Mbps WAN & LAN speeds. The dual band wifi support of 443 or 800+ Mbps speeds is useless if your WAN port is only 100Mbps.
Yah sorry i meant ac not n, I got confused. So is there a benefit of buying AC router especially for decent speeds in 2.4 GHz?

On which router are you getting these speeds? The jio one or some other?

According to CC, WiFi channel changing options will be enabled in future.

Yeah. A good router will have better range, and you can change channels to avoid congestion, resulting in better speeds.
I'm using a Netgear R7800. But any decent router will be good. Wait for sale, get a R7000 if you can.

Guys.Just check latest tweet from jio official handle.it shows live tv working colors hd channel and in video it says why to choose when u can get it all.it clearly means they r bringing IPTV service where we won't need to pay for specific channels as we r doing for dth now....

Thats wrong bro. I don't know why people are so obsessed with getting iptv. First it was jio dish and now iptv. And even IF jio iptv comes, the rules as per trai are same for cable and iptv. So you won't be getting anything free and the charges will be same.

Agreed I don't think Jio TV app is IPTV, its normal Jio TV like the one we use in our phones. It will consume data from the FUP however afaik there are no rules for IPTV by TRAI.

Is it possible to change DNS on Jio Rs 2,500 router? I wanted to change to Google DNS,

IPv4 - 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
IPv6 - 2001:4860:4860::8888, 2001:4860:4860::8844

Is this correct place to enter IPv4 DNS?
