yes. if you ask them to get you in touch with l2 technician. they will do it but after some pestering.
i tried to get packet loss issue resolved way back. asked them to get me in touch with l2 technician. technician even visited my house.
i gave them detailed list of ip's of games. even played cs go infront of the guy that clearly showed packet loss but at the end they didnt do anything. everytime you complain about packet loss, they always come up with same old bullshit excuse - we checked and didnt find any packet loss in our network.
their rep used to be active on this forum. he accepted that a 0% loss network cannot be maintained due to the LCO model that they follow.
even if they find that there is loss in their network due to fault in their lan switches or faulty equipments at lco, i doubt they will do anything about it.
these equipments costs thousands and just because few gamers are getting loss, they wont spend such big amounts to satisfy their minority customer base.
most lco's dont even know what packet loss is. all they care about is speedtest results. if that is okay then everything is okay.
truth is, excitels majority of customer base is casual. all they care about is their
google youtube facebook and whatsapp.
@webie got excitel fiber installed at his house and even then he is getting packet loss which clearly shows that the backend lan switches of excitel are at fault.
