How to successfully torrent on Excitel Broadband?

tbh. i don't really have much success seeding on VPN as well. it does work. but it's not like you can seed a torrent at good enough rate to get an excellent ratio on private trackers. i have to keep seeding for months to reach 1:1 ratio. i usually end up seeding for time and than exchange the points for bandwidth.

Can you send me a torrent which is seeding for you even after downloading? I can test that.
Well I just tried with a torrent and nope seeding is a no go with Excitel. I remember that it was working (I used to be able to seed at 500-600 kbps).

But then in your screenshot it does upload to other people's IPs which is weird.

Well, I don't know how but I did manage to find a torrent which is seeding properly.

With Excitel Fiber, it would be possible to seed private as well as public torrents, reliably. Torrent clients should be able to receive incoming connections.

IF that's the case, it should work flawlessly on normal excitel connection as well?

So after my old post I did indepth digging in this matter. Without open port (canyouseeme should say it's open) you won't be able to seed to any private/public tracker.

The way it works is this. Someone out there will have an open port and he/she wants data then your client will connect to that guy and start uploading. On the other hand if you had an open port the other guy would have been easily able to connect to you.

The preference order is this. I leecher will try to find someone with open port first (for any torrent there will be a lot of people available). If no one has an open port and is seeding. Then the client will start looking for other people. If the leecher has open port but you don't it will still start downloading from ur pc. If both don't have open port then no download will happen.

Seems like its Excitel issue, because In my home town, I use local ISP and never had issue issue there.
by the way, can it be a issue from Microsoft? i mean windows 10 blocking ports?and seems
And seems like finding working open port is hard job.

In a CGNat there is no possible way to get open ports. Even if you turn off the windows firewall completely and set up DMZ on your router to your PC, incoming connections would still be blocked.
The only solution is to get an ISP that still gives out public IPs.

there is an option to get public ip in Excitel or atleast n ticket system its showing,
i guess public IPs and dynamic IPs are same. but i dont know much difference.

I have tried that multiple times but the answer is we don't offer public IPs. Yup dynamic IP is same as public IP (most of the times).

they dont offer static ip, they dont offer public ip, shit.
and seems like they have blocked ports too like jio. and for which we dont have any solution 🙁
