I am getting shit ping after today morning
getting 300-400 ping
anybody else facing same issue
showing Vitthal Mobiles And Computers as ISP on speedtest 😀

Yup. I live in Aundh. Getting really bad pings(upto 400) and speed(2-3mbps only) from the afternoon itself. Always getting network protocol error while loading any site. Need to refresh browser 2 to 3 times for the site to actually load properly. Something is definitely wrong.

I live in baner and its fluctuating like crazy
Called custom care the guy said need to call tomorrow after 10 for technical complaints

Yes, Im in Hadapsar and also facing speed issues (ping not too bad) since last 2-3 days, it got resolved yesterday but when I checked just now this morning again slow speeds. My modem repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting with either same or new IP address automatically I noticed too.

They must be trying to work on fixing the issue.

yeah for me it's the other way around. pings are fine but speed is low today morning.

yeah its so unpredictable and the customer support people are so dumb they dont understand any technical issues will check for another month if continues will switch back to my old isp

@abhi9822& there is no such thing as "pune" customer support. it is either your local exchange, LCO or the main CC number 1500 😀

I will PM you the number of Pune NIB maybe they will do something but I doubt.

Does tweeting work for BSNL MH? In case of Kerala they are pretty responsive.
