I had taken a package for one year with validity supposed to end in August 2019. However with the new TRAI regulation, hatway is refusing to honor this commitment and is asking me to take a new package and pay for that on monthly basis.
None of their customer care executives are available to even discuss the issue at length.
Is their any avenue open for me to take this up? Thanks
