It all depends on your LCO, so check who is the LCO for your location and also with any friends or neighbours if they are using excitel !!
Reason being, I used excitel for 2 months upon a suggestion from my friend that it is very good but the experience was pathetic, Not at all consistent speeds and their customer care argues that there will be a drop of 20-25% which means for a 100Mbps connection you will only get 75-80Mbps ! During peak hours this is the standard and during non peak hours it touches around 92 Mbps. (Note that even 75-80 are not consitent)
Particularly for excitel the LCO is the
business provider than the customer so they prefer LCO over customer and even close tickets by just stating that "they spoke to LCO and issue is resolved" Doesn't even have basic sense to call customer and inquire what exactly the issue is !! Attaching such comment for your reference.
Note that LCO in my area is worst so I have gone through so much, So please check thoroughly before opting for any "Long Term" plans with Excitel !! Depends on how good your LCO is !! Else take 1M plan test it and if its good support from then and the good speeds then opt for long term plans.
Also expect nothing from Excitel Customer care point as they just mediate the messages but nothing can be done from their end. I've visited the main branch to get the issue sorted.
