Thanks @stringer.6, so it looks like you are already in bridge mode (due to the lack of any WAN profiles). Could you please share a screenshot of the Tenda UI? A similar status page where IP address and other details are mentioned is what I am looking for.

To get the above images, did you have to use a different device?

Great, so you are already bridged and that is good. But your ISP does CG-NAT, so those port-forwarding rules wouldn't really work.
Isn't IP block allocated for cg-nat 100.64.0.0?. The ip is in 172 block which is simple nat

@Nitin That's wrong. I'm using UPnP and manual port forwarding for several applications and devices simultaneously in my home. P2P, Gaming, Streaming you name it.

Since you're already in bridge mode. That's perfect. No need to do anything in your ONT. And your ISP is impressive for setting up bridge mode initially. Most Indian ISPs are too stupid to do this.

Next, since we are talking about PlayStation. Simple use DMZ for your PS.
No need to port forward etc. DMZ is one of the ways to bypass CGNAT restrictions. But it may not work, test it out.

Do not use DMZ for PC etc, unless you are willing to configure the firewall thoroughly.
