For fiber, are you sure? Airtel has more broadband customers but it is still behind BSNL. ACT has mainly fiber customers.

In noida as well airtel is not able to lay fiber as they are not getting permission for road cutting. They were able to lay in Sector 44 Noida only because Sunil Mittal's cousin lives there and is well connected.
 
maybe it's time to start a policy where i just delete posts that should be independent threads.
 
@Sushubh Another way is to that you may shift all such posts including this one to a thread that carries a name a tag less offensive than "A matter out of place is Dirt" ( No offensive intended please)
