I think they removed it for a while but had to add it back after criticism. I guess your build was on the old version.

It seems to be fixed now after the reinstallation. Can see the option to quit.

Soon, you won't be able to upload items to OneDrive from a URL.

Didn't even know it existed. And since they never really launched the feature, it wasn't used much and that's the exact reason they are killing it.

But hey. Copilot for onedrive is coming which everyone asked for.

Never knew this feature even existed. I would have transloaded a hefty backup file from a server if I was aware of it.
