Tata Sky DTH User Experience

can anyone recommend hindi movie channels i can activate on dad's tv. the problem right now is that with just news channels on his tv... he spends most of his time watching the debates and shayari. earlier at least sometimes i would just switch to a movie channel on the tv and kept it on even if he was not watching.

I think DTH is dying a slow death. Just waiting for someone be the first to release Apple TV or Android TV app for live channels.

I have stopped subscribing to movie channels so I won't be able to help you from my personal experience.
But I have helped 4-5 people in selecting appropriate package for their Tata Sky connection. So the common Hindi Movie channels subscribed by them include :

Sony Max HD
Star Gold Select HD
Zee Cinema HD

Zee Classic is the only channel that I have subscribed and it plays all old movies. So I will recommend that.

Zee Bollywood is also famous for old movies.

And of course you are getting all the free movie channels with your Tata Sky connection.
