Queries about Airtel DTH Connection

Tata Sky is not responding to new connection request so considering applying for Airtel. Simple questions…

Their updated PDF file does not mention Total TV. Is it available?
What about HTV News? Again missing in the PDF.
How simple is their channel selection interface?
Is it available on the mobile app?
Can you add/remove channels easily after first setup?
Anything else I should know?

How long has been since you made request to Tata Sky?

I think total tv is not available in airtel. Htv is harvest right? If yes its available.

Channel selection of airtel is decent from the app/web login itself. Not as intuitive as tata sky's but functional at the end.
 
My brother when living in delhi also had the same problem. No response from Tata Sky for new connection, after contacting customer care the installer arrived but seeing his unprofessional attitude during installation he sent him back and he was happy to oblige. Finally got airtel installed the same day.
 
Airtel called already! Had to say no 😔
 

Tata Sky is likely to send the request to the same dealer right? 😁

I just don't want to prepay. And want to deal with Tata Sky directly instead of Amazon or dealer. 🤕
 
Call their customer care, then they will probably know that you are interested🤣. Online booking i guess is too old fashioned in today's world😛
