@Ameen There is the issue with the server the mentioned website is using. You are using totally wrong website and (website admin is shit).

Go here: PUBG Servers Ping and do the test. You will get the real pings from BSNL to Singapore.

Secondly, PUBG Mobile have servers in India and PUBG PC has in Singapore.

I hope you want to check for the PUBG PC (as there only Singpore matters).

P.S.: I am seriously shocked that none of you are able to understand that it's an issue with the website (server admin is using).

I am myself getting 500ms ping on Singapore using the website you all have been using.

But, I play Rainbow Six Siege which has Servers in Singapore only and I get fine ping there.
 
Connection is really bad again today, high pings and low speeds. it used to be once in 15 days or a month but recently its happening much more frequently.
 
This is what I get, I don't play pubg but Singapore ping is most important to me, EU pings used to be 125-140 but they have gotten worse over time, there are still few servers in EU that give me 130ms but they are rare.

Pings were bad again today, changing IP 3-4 times fixed it today but not yesterday or day before that.
