Internet stops working every sunday

I’m having a weird problem since I’ve got v fibre in November, Airtel cuts out the Internet every Sunday evening now it’s tuesday and it’s still not working, the customer care aren’t picking up the phone either. When I check the account it says ‘we’re having a service disruption in your area’ anyone else experiencing similar problems??? This is getting really annoying, my shitty mtnl broadband was a lot stable than this.

Airtel is very serious about nodal complaints.

Funny thing, after I emailed the zonal office they stopped their mischief for around 6 months, but now they're back at it again, looks like its time to send another email 🙂
