Excitel - Very Slow Downloading Speed?

Hello, I'm getting very low downloading speed on Excitel and it's the first time I'm getting this much low speed on excitel.

I tested many things and many servers but it's this low only. I have also restarted the modem.

Also, I am on LAN and I don't use WiFi or any other device except for this PC while testing.

Are you also getting slow speed?
