Jio discount vouchers don't work

Today I did a recharge for 448 and normally the 50 rs discount coupon is automatically applied.
This time it wasn't applied even after selecting "redeem" and then adding the plan.

This is the second time it's happened, am I doing something wrong or are the discounts discontinued?
Still lots of discount vouchers remaining.

I too did Rs 399 Recharge, this time I had to manually apply Rs 50 discount coupon while earlier this coupon was applied automatically.
But coupon was applied successfully and I had to only pay Rs 349.

So at least the discount coupons work, maybe I didn't activate the coupon correctly.

Yes, they seem to have made some changes. Now you need to manually apply the coupon, noticed this while recharging few weeks back.
