Airtel 4G LTE down in Delhi NCR?

Is Airtel 4G working for you?

LTE is not working for me. 2G and 3G are connecting though. haven't tried calling.
 
there are tweets stating that even broadband is down. that is probably not connected to this.
 
4g working in Delhi
 

its working in ghaziabad.
does anyone know whether operators nudge to give aadhaar letter photocopy for new mobile numbers or would just a driving license suffice like old times?...e-kyc has been stopped i guess

@Citrus i do not generally argue over such matters as it attracts unwanted suspicion. just wanted to know how they do things now...like if i submit my dl in first go, would they ask "do you have aadhaar"?
starting of this year i tried getting one without aadhaar...but then i stopped the proccess mid-way and went for e-kyc
 
I'm not sure of the exact process but I think they they're supposed to take a picture of you on spot and accept any ID other than Aadhar and issue a SIM card. If they specifically want Aadhar, you can always tell them that you don't have it right now and leave.
 
best is to go to company owned outlet. they are more likely to be following the latest regulations.
 
Well one change, I have noticed in last few days.

I set preferred network to 2G because of indoor usage and it used to latch to E(edge) but for last few days it is showing G(gsm) most of the times.
 
@ijsa the G stands for GPRS not GSM 🙂 G is slower than E (EDGE) for 2G, it's like 1G haha
