By redeeming the Airtel’s Netflix 3 Month Gift offer, customer would agree to the following terms & conditions -

  • Offer is being provided by Bharti Airtel Limited (“Airtel”) to only Airtel Broadband subscribers in India.
  • Netflix Eligibility: The offer is extended to select Airtel broadband customers based on their bill plan eligibility and is only available on Gold Plans and above. (Gold plans definition at the end of the document).To view this offer, upgrade to Gold plans and you will be able to see this offer in the Airtel TV app
  • Offer Details. : Select Airtel Thanks customers can now enjoy a 3 Month gift (worth Rs1500) of Netflix! This offer is available for both existing and new Netflix customers. New Netflix users will get Basic plan & after the gift is used it will be charged monthly in your Airtel bill. Existing Netflix users will get a credit of Rs1500 in the Netflix account, current plan will continue.
  • Offer Activation: Go to AIRTEL TV App and click on the Netflix card.
  • After the first 3 months are over For first time Netflix users, monthly charge of Netflix will be billed with Broadband connection. For existing Netflix users, after gift is over your current Netflix plan and payment will continue.
  • When a Customer ceases to hold an active account with Airtel – Broadband on eligible plan, they will no longer be able to access the free gift offer

Q1. What is the Netflix Offer with Airtel?
All Airtel Broadband customers who are on Gold plans or above, can now enjoy Netflix for 3 Months .This Netflix offer, worth Rs 1500, is available for both existing & new users of Netflix:
New Netflix users – Will get activated on the “Netflix Basic plan” with Airtel Broadband billing as the default payment option
Existing Netflix users - Will get an additional credit of Rs 1500 in their Netflix accounts. Their current plan & payment mode will continue as is

Q2. Who is eligible for this offer?
All Airtel Broadband customers who are on Gold plans or above, are eligible for the Netflix offer.

Q3. I am an Airtel Postpaid user, am I also eligible for this offer?
Yes

Q4. I am new to Airtel Broadband. Will I also get the Netflix offer?
Of course! As long as you on Gold plan or above, you will be eligible for the offer.

Q5. I am eligible for the Netflix offer. How can I claim it?
It’s easy to claim the Netflix offer:
Using Airtel TV App: Go to app -> Click on the Netflix banner on home screen
After this, please read through the terms and conditions and then create a new Netflix account or sign in to your existing Netflix account. Your Netflix offer will applied successfully.

Q6. I found out about the Netflix offer, but I am unable to see it on My Airtel App. What should I do?
Netflix offer is only available for Airtel Broadband customers who are on Goldplans or above. If you are an eligible customer, you can view the Netflix offer under the “Plans and Offers” section on the Airtel TV APP. If you are not eligible for the offer, upgrade to any Gold plan or above and you will then see this offer on Airtel TV app. In case you are eligible and still unable to view the Netflix offer, please reach out to us by calling 121 or writing to us at 121.airtel.com

Of course! Existing Netflix users will get an additional credit of Rs 1500 in their Netflix accounts. Their current plan & payment mode will continue as is.

Q8. What happens after my Netflix offer expires?
After the Netflix offer expires, you will be charged as per your Netflix plan through the payment method selected by you at the time of sign up.
For users who have signed up using Airtel Netflix offer: After the Netflix offer expires, monthly rental of Netflix will be charged to your Airtel postpaid bill. For existing Netflix users: monthly rental will be charged as per your existing payment method.

Q11. Can I change my Netflix plan?
