excitel guy should be on duty now. remains to be seen how long before he attends to my complaint. tried connecting directly to pc. no success. router shows no light. so either their office has no power or the wire is cut somewhere. i can access my excitel just fine.
finally got an update from the local guy. seems like the problem is local and they are now working on it.
hopefully this is not an indication of degrading service from local lco.
earlier they tried to fix issues till 10pm. yesterday, they said no one available at 7pm. it was a sunday so there's that.
