bsnl selfcare otp issue

i'm trying to add my account on bsnl selfcare, my no. is vodafone. Now bsnl is sending otp on my no. but i haven't received it on my no.
did anyone face this problem? and how to get this situation resolved?
 
yeah i faced same issue on bsnl bill payment website a few weeks ago. worked for me the next day. im on airtel prepaid.
 
since many months i'm facing this issue, otp never comes to my vodafone no.
also i'm not getting option to edit no., so that i can change and try some other networks
 
try modifying your DND settings (look it up) by SMS the correct START/STOP number to 1909 to enable "telecom" category SMS incoming?
 
Dnd setting change takes a week iirc. Plus I don't think OTPs are blocked by that.
 

Update any bsnl number on your number,as otp is hardly sent to any other operators number,you can call 1500 and ask them to update the mobile number or you can visit the bsnl CSC for the same
 
it seems i have to personally go to exchange and get my number updated. Nowhere i'm getting the option to edit number linked to my profile.
 
I have got it updated from 1500 couple of times for different numbers,try calling again and again unless n untill someone with brains and knowledge attends your call.
