Android Smartphone In 20k Range For A Girl (December, 2018 Edition)

Looking for my sister. Preferably in 20-22k range. Just WhatsApp, Camera, Facebook,Instagram, Google Maps, Uber/Ola etc. Not heavy usage. Buying offline (can source all those online exclusive models through my friend's store). No Vivo,Oppo,Huawei and other Chinese brands. Xiaomi is one exception.

Let the recommendations come.

Nokia 7.1 was launched today for 20k which supposedly has a better display with HDR10 capability. This can also be considered. Would still put Poco F1 on top of the list.
