How to get more upload speed in Bsnl Broadband ?

Friends iam using Bsnl 249 plan and get 8mbps in downloading but uploading speed is just 0.50 mbps.. How can i get it increased to 4-5 mbps .. ( i knw in Adsl it is not possible)
But is there any way like Leased line to get more upload speeds , bcoz in my city fibre is not available..
Finally i will have to opt for private Broadband which is costly..

steal the line itself of your neighbor or someone, ADSL can be cracked easily and you can get more speed combined,
although the company itself might have locked your account for the plan from the backend. in that case, just struggle with that.

There is no way to get increased upload speed without paying hefty fee every month. BSNL has VDSL, but it may be too costlier than private broadband. 249 plan has been changed to 299 plan as well.

You may use 4g sim from a private telco just for uploading. 4g upload speeds are usually higher than ADSL upload speed.
