Excitel Fiber Announced!

I don't think that my LCO is going to give me Fiber because he also runs his ISP business and gives the same 100 mbps speed for 800Rs. Most of the consumers in my area take from his company rather than Excitel.

PS. Is anybody getting some disconnects (service unavailable) after every admin reset (done after every 100gb usage)?

Better read my threads, I had the same issue.
 
@MrStoner do u have any info. on fibre maintenance?
Excitel guy told me he cannot commit any amount for fibre repair/replacement. If i remember correctly, my Ethernet was replaced once free of charge in last 2+ years.
LCO said it will be from excitel side, he has no clarity on rates. And that one fibre joint usually costs Rs. 500/-
 
Can you please share excitel fiber speeds on some international servers
Like Vodafone UK, Singtel Singapore, At&T New york

I gave up on excitel a few months back, now I am thinking to use its fiber. Connection reviews are appreciated
 
I got these results on google speedtest, over three attempts back-to-back:

download: 5.6 / 4.96 / 5.33 (only! But this is during peak hours of evening, and not consistent)
upload: 41.8 / 40.4 / 25.2

I'm on 50Mbps connection, in Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi
 
Finally, the app is showing the status for Excitel Fiber in my area as Available. The rollout will take time though I guess. Perfect timing though. Just when I am leaving Delhi.

Impressive speed bro,can you please help me escape the struggles of MTNL.May be excitel might act as a saviour.even I live in Tilak nagar.Badly need your guidance for the upgrade.
