MTNL Mumbai has finally woken up after few tweets and given double data

Aha! I can see the same. 110GB as Base plan FUP and 220GB as prorated FUP. And also addon of 60GB

Btw do you really use 1000GB per month? Unless you are sharing it with neighbours or re-selling it.

If one has a 4K TV, and relies on online content 1,000 GB is just enough if not a lot. My friend uses an average of 1.5 TB for all the devices combined.
 
@Samuel True. For the first time, my family went up to 980 GB consumption for the month of March 2020. I expect April to be only higher.

But many online channels are restricting to SD content only.
 

I got this from MTNL as prorate:

Add On O_TOPUP_PACK_60GB
Basic Plan281_BB_600_12M_Combo

what does that prorated mean? it means 220GB for April 2020?

How do I activate this 60GB addon pack? For a surprise I used whole 110GB FUP allocated for this month. (2 zoom meetings a day is killing it) And now speed is down to 1mbps and it seems too slow.

On MTNL portal I see - Add On: O_TOPUP_PACK_60GB

But this doesnt seem to have been activated. How do I do that?

Anyone has any idea?

PS: Not calling MTNL because instead of activating FREE 60GB plan (which they will have no clue about) they will activate a NEW PAID TOP UP plan and charge me in next bill. So not calling them.

It was only for a month.
Thanks to crappy policies, ended up migrating to 800 unlimited combo plan.
They need to revise their tariffs.

It’s an error on website.
 
Ah! Ok. Lucky that today is 31st. So I wont have suffer slow speeds for more than 1 day.

I still wonder how it got over so fast. Just on 26th I got email stating that 80% of FUP used. Which means 22GB were still left.

22 GB in 5 days is unlikely. But anyway ... just 6hrs to wait for new quota of 110GB.
 
its was only for initial fever or virus. Now Ramayan/mahabharat/vishnupuran all over and this plan also over and forgotten. Use your mobile data hotspot for next 5 hours and you will be renewed with new data stock !
