Railwire has problem with twitch ?

Hello everyone,
Are you facing problem watch twitch.tv live streams at 1080p is it not using the required bandwidth even though you have sufficient bandwith to watch at that resolution on the stream?. Also are you having problem live streaming on twitch on OBS even using 3500 it doesn't even use the bandwidth?

cannot comment on railwire but twitch seems to have issues with many isps. probably because they do not have peering arrangement with isps.
