Slow Torrent speeds In bsnl and how to get a dynmic ip

hi iam new to this forums.ok here is amy question i just changed from my airtel 1500 UL plan to bsnl 500 night ul plan.when i download music torrnets i was able to get good speeds but whenever i download movie torrents i get pathetic speeds i use mu torrent as my bit torrent client i tried portforwarding nad i've also USED ENCRYPTION the speed when i download movie torrents does not exceed 40kbps .so i tried downloading the movies for link-removed but there after a download ihave to wait 108 minutes for the next download so i tried switching my modem off and restarted it again but sometimes my ip gets changed some time it doesnt so some body can u tell me how to get a DYNAMIC IP ADDERESS thanks for answering my queries in adavnce
 
bsnl 500 night ul plan - didnt bsnl stopped this plani could not get 2nd phone for internet connection.they told the plan is stopped.

to download from link-removed just disconnect then connect after you complete downloading a file.you are not to wait for minutes.
 
@thebaltant there are many programs to tweak Internet speed, and this involves changes to be made in MTU MSS packet sizes etc .1.Download the program.2. Test your speed at say wwwspeedtest.net ( add dot after www) say Brisbane.3. Run above program and select the values except which says cannot be reversed.4. Re start the computer.5. Run test 2 above. if there is no change program is "dud"6. Download TCP/IP optimiser from wwwspeedguide.net ( add dot after www)7. See its recommendations. select Optimal values.8.Check any improvement.There are some more tweaking programs.I selected a distant server for test as testing in Mumbai may not give you much. variation, and mostly your torrent sites are abroad. Also exit all other programs, ( except AV and Firewall)when downloading files/programs/video etc.
 
@essebe hey i have a doubt wat is this 900ul plan will i get 2mbps in that plan
you dont get 2mbps.. it is 256kbps unlimited.... you may get better speed. but they dont assure you about it .. it is 256kbps unlimited !!!

in our are that plan is stopped from many months ,
if u get that plan in your area then it is good.

may be 499 plan is not available that allows surfing day and night.
