I just noticed on my CPE device that it is showing IPv6 address allotted along with IPv4. Something maybe in the last couple of months. Earlier the IPv6 info was shown as "unknown".

Is this something recently added or was it there from before?

How much does it cost to get airtel cpe device ?

It was 2500 bucks when I got it a couple of years back.

Can someone tell me where i can buy this airtel outdoor cpe device ,?? Airtel CC has no idea regarding this device

It's already been there in Haryana from last 2 months..... They unopened the same as soon as they reframed 2100 MHz for 4g.
Anyways....great to see that India is catching up....

India catching up ??
Bro india has the highest ipv6 adoption rate in the world.
If you see, most of the adoption comes on the backdrop of 4g users.....as ipv4 have some serious performance issues with volte packages. Thus, almost all carriers are moving with ipv6.Also,CG-NAT is processing power intensive and add up to the liability. Thus, directing traffic on ipv6 is efficient if done properly.
Also, the major cloud servers like AWS,GCLOUD,AZURE are already on ipv6.
Thus,don't be happy.
Most of the .gov.in websites work on old age ipv4.
P.S. I had seen data just few days ago.....NIC team is not catching up fast enough.
