i recently bought a digbee bundled handset from BSNL.i was told that u can activate their rate saver plans from it.but till date they are not able to do it.i wonder if it is really possible.:yahoo::yahoo::evil::evil:
its an offer in chennai where you get a digbee gsm handset with a locked sim from BSNL for Rs.1499/-.the offer gives u free Rs.100/- talktime every month for 15 months.after 15 months the handset is unlocked and u can use ny sim u want.quite a good offer bcos u get 100 talktime for 15 months which comes to 1500.but u have to make a recharge every month.
Call 9444024365 from your bsnl mobile or visit personally to the nearest BSNL customer care centre to get activation of Rate Cutter Plan. There is a minimum balace requirement for activation. Now, Bsnl staff are more customer friendly.
