I came across this quiz when I was in 11th class. I solved it in half hour 🙂
 
lol...when i started this puzzle, there was just Fred's answer and now as i've solved it...am seeing so many replies...anyhow, it took me around 45 mins to reach to the answer...rest of the series goes like this (in case u don't trust me if i really solved it) 🙄

Norweign-Yellow-Water-Dunhill-Cats
Danish-Blue-Tea-Blends-Horses
Brit-Red-Milk-Pall Malls-Birds
German-Green-Coffee-Princes-Fish

well, it took me around 15 minutes just to figure how to reach to the answer...then i made 25 small pieces of paper...put all the 5 nationalities, colors, drinks, smokes, and pets...then arranged it...it's quite easy that way...i got stuck once towards the end...but then it also got solved 😀 B)
 
all the best!!!and u shouldn't take so much time as us...coz half of the solution is already solved when u start... 😉

I knew how to solve it the moment I looked at the puzzle, I just made a table and solved it.
