Yes, When I complaint about this issue (my), the senior rep. of Excitel actually laughed on my issue. He didn't take it seriously.

I was shocked.

Packet Loss issue is bad on Excitel.

JioFiber has routing issues as well. That's the reason many JioFiber SpeedTest Results have ping of 50-60ms.

On torrent I get 9.2 mBps on popular torrents on my 30mbps plan though I do not use VPN....

Wow, looking at the this forum about google fiber, it seems that even a big technology company is also affected with it's fair share of technical problems. No wonder most ISP's can't give proper services to it's customers here in India. I guess with large customer base comes with more problems.
