It is showing because you have subscribed to zee5 through airtel before they removed the offer. if you haven't claimed zee5 offer before you will not be seeing it now.

The only difference between gold & platinum now is vip service, wynk premium & juggernaut books subscription

well, it seems to be removed from my account. I haven't subscribed before as i have used flipkart supercoins to get zee5 subscription. I was moved to platinum tier afterwards.
 
@MadAxe even Netflix was onetime offer. And it was more beneficial for existing netflix accounts, which got onetime credit of 1500, to be adjusted against existing plan. Lasted 8 months for mobile only plan.
However, Amazon offer can be used for same Amazon Account from different airtel numbers.
 
They do have a lot of local content. Hindi shows basically from what I have seen.
 
zee5 does have some hindi content, particularly those with Balaji. but its main viewers are mostly those using free benefits of either airtel or vida. so premium members bound to come down.
