BBG Combo ULD 1199 Speed Increased to 20 Mbps till 1100 GB ?

BBG Combo ULD 1199 Speed Increased to 20 Mbps till 1100 GB.
It said that its effective from 27.07.2018.

Is this true? Is anybody getting 20 Mbps speed?
I'm in the same plan yet the old speed remains.

Anybody from Chennai got this Speed Upgrade in BBG Combo ULD 1199 plan?

i was using 99 plan before and they gave me 12.5 mbps even though my line was capable of 26 mbps (plan is 20 mbps speed). Then I switched to 249 as happy browsing was not applicable on 99 plan and I now get unlimited browsing at 12.5 mbps. they dint bother to down grade my speed to 8 mbps. I'm from Chennai.

Bottom line, very unlikely your speed will increase unless you complain.
