I get normal/optimal ping to some server, like London, Luxemborg and certain Germany Servers etc., But most European servers have ping more than what ping I get to US (by definition which would mean, India is nearer to US than Europe).
Here is a WinMTR report for a server:

Here are some servers winMTR report with optimal ping: Packet Loss? or Routing problem?
If anyone could post their MTR results to these servers would be appreciated. Also If anyone knows a solution, omg you are my GOD.

Ok, I may have a fix for routing but it comes with a cost.

You could buy dedicated routing/VPN (sort of) from sites that specialize in reducing pings/latency and improving overall performance of games.

These VPN's are dedicated for gaming.

I have one site : Optimized Gaming Network to Lower Ping and Reduce Lag | Outfox

You can similarly google for other sites for better prices.
