I am a BSNL prepaid mobile subsriber.
Now a days unwanted calls are coming. On taking the call some automatic response system is responding. I disconnected the call. Immediately I am getting message acknowledging that I have subscribed to some VOICE CHAT service and Rs.10/- have been deducted from my account. I enquired customer care, they confirmed that as per their data records I have subscribed and told that once subscribed and deducted the amount can not be returned. On my request the service is deactivated.
Last week also similar thing happened , they deducted money towards GUB SUB service.
This type of scam going in BSNL mobile.
