@powerwatts the same inconsistent routing problem I fased in ACT Fibernet 1 year ago but now it fixed
 
there is a option in my account page called duel MAC updation
when I changed mac address from whitch is filled to my routers mac address
it is now providing ip addresses from my location only
 
I get high pings in Singapore servers. I guess routing is hell in YBB
