Hi,
I am planning to move to another city than I am currently on. I am planning to move to Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida, I haven't finalized my decision, so I am asking for help from fellow members who resides in Delhi.

Now I have seen many complaints regarding water problem, air pollution, rain water logging, electricity problems. I want to ask is every parts of delhi have the same issues? Which areas would you recommend which does not have these problems especially water problem and electricity.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

No issues of water and electricity in most of Delhi..... This is just a hoax created by paid media to discredit AAP....

isn't south delhi... areas around greater kailash etc. completely dependent upon water tankers for water?

I know there are paid media, but not everyone is paid. I have seen these problems reported on international news also. Can you please tell me which areas does not have these issues. So that new movers does not have to face those issues.

which area you are planning to move to? we can confirm if there is problem or not.

Also after sonia vihar water plant became functional during congress regime no water problem in south Delhi.

Power cuts are fewer.

Infact you'll feel better than Gurgaon n Noida which are run by other parties.

In winter days, air pollution problems comes to whole Delhi and even far flung NCR areas governed by others.

if you check rain water logging then ghaziabad and noida are more in news. These news channel while showing problems mark it as Delhi ncr disguising it under delhi problems. while it is more of a UP problem.

I won't say zero problems in delhi but its better than neighbour ncr areas even gurgaon. I have relatives who live in both gugaon n ghaziabad.

I have seen these problems reported on international news also.

Quote the news..... I will tell you whether it is genuine or misleading.

Can you please tell me which areas does not have these issues. So that new movers does not have to face those issues.

It depends on what you are looking for...... you can get best of the best and worst of the worst.....

Please be specific...... otherwise 7, Race Course Road is a good place.

1. NY times:::::: news dated Feb. 24, 2016 ::::: Crisis was due to factors outside the control of Delhi govt..... Basically a problem created by BJP & Congress.... that could not be handled by Haryana BJP govt. and as a spinoff the BJP & Congress. supported miscreants created further trouble to malign AAP govt. in Delhi. Anyway the issue was promptly resolved by Delhi Govt.

2. CNN:::::: The article refers to whole India...... not particularly Delhi.....

Both Rohini & Saket are good.

Ok which one would you recommend more: Rohini, Saket, Kalkaji

Which one is better than another?

Also how is Summer in there? Is it too hot? I have seen people saying Delhi's summer can roast you.

Where you have been living earlier????

What is your budget???

Looking for independent house or Flat???

And N number of other things...

Do clarify such aspects???

Like wise Summer heat would be relative to where you have been living earlier..... between 36-48 degrees.....
