how to make free calls

I don't whether there is a free service which will provide free calls in india .I tried many but most of them ask for monthly fees or some other fees. Is there any way to make calls free from pc to any mobile or landline phones.
 
u can use Skype to make free calls from Pc To PC,Don't know about Pc to landline phone.sorry
 
Ya , Even me too hasnt found any sites that provide free pc - landline or mobile calls. But as Amitoj Duggal said skype can be used for pc yo pc. and yahoo messenger beta can also be used. But skype is far better than yahoo messenger.
 
hey cool guy,i recommend you to go for some SMS program that can send SMS to mobile phones from PC. Or else use skype or yahoo messenger
