Netplus broadband service is the worst ISP you can get in punjab region , i am their 2months customer and Let me give you Very good advise that don’t ever go for their broadband connection as their shitty service And pathetic customer support and m their 2months old customer from ludhiana , my internet stopped working 24 hours ago and i called on customer care and they denying that m not their customer and saying I don’t exist in their database , my customer id doesn’t exist, so I can’t lodge complaint as they unable to check customer id they sent me on my email wtf??? Never go for them for internet
