High ping in CSGO

I've been getting high ping for a few months now, i tried looking for any faults on my end but found absolutely nothing, I even bought a new router (Digisol DG-BG4300NU)

My tracert results to 8.8.8.8 is shown below



And this is my ping to the Singapore server







I mean i tried using the command mm_dedicated_search_maxping 80 , but when I join a match the ping is stable at 260 - 300, i literally have less ping when connection to a North American or European server than an Indian or Singapore server.
I also noticed that when i browse community servers i can join indian servers with 17 or 30 ping and they work great.


This is my current IP address 117.208.30.209
Before to fix the ping issue I changed the IP by disconnecting ADSL till i got an IP that starts with 100.xxx , 59.xxx or 54.xxx
But this method doesn't work for some reason anymore as i always get an IP range of 117.xxx
I saw jtnrao7 mention that it was because of the FMT service, how do I find out if i currently have the FMT service? And how do I cancel the FMT service?

I'm currently using a fixed line broadband (copper cables) and my current broadband plan is BBG ULD 545@

Also i should mention i always used to get 50-80 ping before the happy browsing offer started

Whats fmt service

I believe that its something that prevents your router from acquiring an IP other than 117.xxx
but since you're using wireless broadband you won't have any issues with this

Wait when you have FMT service do you only get one static ip or does it change? How do I cancel the FMT service

OK I found out that if your ip changes (whether or not it starts 117.xxx.xxx) you do not have LFMT, restarting your router between 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM gives you a higher chance of getting an IP starting with 59.xxx which typically gives way better ping then 117.xxx.xxx

After around 2:30 PM the chances of getting an IP starting with 59.xxx is much lower so try and get an IP at 12:30 PM

Also make sure to increase your DHCP lease time so you have your good IP for a longer time
