Hathway High Ping Issue, Please Help

I've complaint to Nodal about it. After complaining so many times. I got the reply from Nodal and they are as shit as their customer support.

It's 7 days now and they have called me 4 times to say problem is fixed but it is not.

I don't know what to do now.

I think high ping and very low speed issue is again happening.
 

I renewed Hathway after 2-3 months and I checked the issue again. It's worst than ever.

Ping is high and now hathway is having packet loss issues too (not to google but other servers such as servers in Singapore).

Ping fluctuates a lot from being normal to abnormal.

You are playing CS:GO, It can be 70ms and suddenly it would jump to 120ms.

Okay Thanks. Right now my Ping are fine too except for Excitel but for the particular applications and games which has server in Singapore and Mumbai are showing ping almost double of the normal ping I used to get.

I used to get 80ms and it's giving 150 right now.

This problem starts in the evening and stays until 5AM or so and it is happening since last 3-5 days daily.

im facing these issue now ...i play valorant and the ping on mumbai and singapore servers will nearly double right after 10pm everyday from past week..someone plz help me cause the technical support dont know what ping means
