You Telecom / Iqara - hubs/torrents?

Before you scream, yes, You Telecom (Iqara) sucks. I use it. I know. :wall: But I'm stuck with it and would appreciate some assistance from others who have used the service and (hopefully) made it work for them. a) how do I get better speeds on torrents? I use uTorrent and have gone through every method listed online. Except that I couldn't get them to forward a port on the router. I used the v2p port and got good speeds for about 15 minutes before it got throttled again. b) are there any dc++ hubs operating in bandra that i can connect to? i have much to share.
