ACT BROADBAND CHEATS OLD CLIENTS BEWARE

I am a act fibernet client from almost 3 years, we renew every year for 75 mpbs and pay 16600. Now from more than a year act has changed it charges and charges only 12200 for 75 MBPS and 13300 for 100 Mbps and 15000 for 150 mbps but they continued to collect 16600 according to their old payment while giving me only 75 mbps from 2 years and WORSE they had the audacity to call and ask me to renew for the same price and did not even inform they cut prices for everyone and increased the speed.

Everyone please be very careful and check your plans. ACT FIBERNET IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHERE THEY CHEAT AND TAKE MONEY FROM OLD CLIENTS. CHEAP AND FILLED WITH FRAUDS.

To be honest, I renewed my connection a week ago. And before I did that I went thru all the existing plans before I chose one. We as customers have to be smart in that way as well or the companies will continue to take us for a ride. They are all out to get our money.

this is risk we have when we pay annually. Never subscribe for more than 3 months if you like to pick longer duration plans and always check the latest plans and tariffs before renewing, My isp updated the plans 4 times in the last 1.5 yrs, told by my lco that another update is in due. I may get 100 Mbps Truly UL for 666 + tax (paying 999 + tax now for the same) by july or aug
